About this fabric

The close chenille weave combines dusty blush, pale mauve and light neutral fibres, creating a muted pink tone that catches the light gently across the surface. Its fine vertical striations and tiny woven flecks add texture without introducing a strong pattern. Made from 91% polyester and 9% viscose, this 138cm-wide fabric is graded for contract upholstery. Aftercare is professional; it has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this subdued blush-pink on an upholstered headboard, armchair or sofa where its cool, softly flecked texture can temper deeper taupes, mushroom tones and aged brass. It also works well with creamy upholstery details for a lighter, restful scheme.

Pair the muted blush tone with warm neutrals, pale timber and softly aged metals for a calm upholstered setting.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
