About this fabric
Woven in 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide chenille has a dense, tactile construction suited to both contract and domestic upholstery. Its warm ochre-gold ground shifts subtly between camel, honey and muted brown as the light moves across the interlaced yarns. Rather than a printed motif, the visual interest comes from the small slubs and tonal flecks within the close weave. STR2964 is machine washable and has Domestic Cig & Match GreenFR® flame retardancy, with treatment available to contract grade.
How to use it
Use this grounded ochre shade on an armchair, sofa or dining seat where its warm depth can sit comfortably alongside cream, walnut, terracotta and other earthy neutrals. The understated woven texture also works well in relaxed, layered schemes that need colour without a pronounced pattern.
