About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide chenille is specified for both contract and domestic upholstery. Its cool teal ground is softened by grey and pale threads running through the tight weave, creating a quietly mottled appearance that changes subtly as the light catches the pile. The fabric is machine washable, with domestic cigarette-and-match flame retardancy and the option to be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this muted blue-teal on a sofa, chair or banquette where its greyed tone can sit comfortably with charcoal, stone, pale timber and brushed metal. Its finely textured surface brings interest to plain contemporary schemes without introducing a strong pattern.

A contract-suitable muted teal chenille with a finely peppered weave for contemporary seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
