About this fabric

The swatch shows a light wisteria shade softened with pinkish taupe, rather than a bright or saturated purple. Fine horizontal and vertical threads form a restrained grid across the surface, with small tonal variations where the weave catches the light. The close, delicate cloth reads as a curtain fabric, keeping the overall impression airy and relaxed. Its understated texture allows the distinctive Glicine colour to remain the focus.

How to use it

Use Picolit Glicine at a window in a calm bedroom, sitting room or dressing space where its pale mauve-lilac tone can soften whites, warm greys and natural woods. The fine crosshatched texture will add interest while retaining a light, uncluttered look.

Use this softly muted lilac weave for airy curtains that bring gentle colour without visual heaviness.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
