About this fabric

The deep brown-black ground gives this colourway a grounded, slightly dramatic character, while scattered lighter threads prevent it from appearing completely flat. Close-set horizontal ridges run across the swatch in uneven bands, creating a subtle patchwork-like variation without a separate printed motif. The cloth appears substantial and tightly woven, making it best suited to upholstery. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this espresso-brown colourway on a tailored armchair, ottoman or compact sofa where its dark tone can anchor a room. Pair it with warm timber, aged leather and softly contrasting natural textiles to bring out the woven ridges.

A dark, tactile jacquard that brings depth to upholstered seating and occasional furniture.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
