Sinequanon Argento

Upholstery fabrics Fabric001

Sinequanon Argento has a dense, tactile weave of ivory, warm taupe and charcoal threads. Its small-scale check gives the surface a softly variegated appearance rather than a flat, even colour.

About this fabric

The close-up reveals tiny alternating woven blocks, creating a compact check with a gently irregular, handmade-looking rhythm. Ivory and pale stone threads keep the ground light, while charcoal accents add cool definition between the softer taupe notes. The raised yarns catch the light across the surface, bringing visible relief and depth to this neutral colourway. As part of Dedar’s Upholstery fabrics collection, it is presented as a textile with no additional performance features noted.

How to use it

Use Argento on a sofa, lounge chair or ottoman where its ivory-taupe ground can lighten the room while the charcoal flecks connect with darker timber or metal details. Pair it with warm oak, chalky walls and softly textured neutrals for a calm, layered scheme.

A tactile, finely checked neutral that brings subtle contrast and woven depth to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
