Sn Schwarzwald Verdure

Upholstery fabrics Fabric001

Sn Schwarzwald Verdure layers a deep teal ground with a richly detailed woodland of leafy branches, pale foliage and warm terracotta stems. The dark background gives the pattern a cool, atmospheric depth, while the lighter leaves catch the eye across the repeat.

About this fabric

Catalogued as a fabric in Dedar’s Upholstery fabrics collection, this colourway has a visibly textured woven surface beneath its densely arranged botanical design. Deep teal and blue-green tones form the ground, with olive, sage and muted cream leaves creating depth through overlapping clusters. Warm terracotta and brown branches bring a subtle earthy contrast to the cooler foliage. The overall effect is richly patterned and softly aged rather than bright or highly saturated.

How to use it

Use this deep teal colourway on an occasional chair, sofa or headboard where its woodland repeat can act as the room’s main visual layer. Balance the cool green-blue ground with warm wood, tobacco leather and understated cream upholstery.

Pair the deep teal ground with warm timber, aged brass and natural linens for a layered woodland scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
