About this fabric

This Dedar velvet presents as an even turquoise field without a visible motif or printed pattern. Its cool, jewel-like colour is vivid but softened by the fine directional nap, which creates gentle tonal variation across the swatch. The surface has the characteristic plush, light-catching appearance visible in the photograph. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use the strong turquoise tone on a statement armchair, headboard or sofa, pairing it with warm timber, aged brass or quiet neutral walls to balance its cool intensity.

Use this saturated turquoise velvet to bring jewel-like colour and softly shifting depth to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
