Highlandia Velvet Sage is a richly illustrated velvet with a cool mint-sage ground, layered with turquoise, emerald, charcoal and white fantasy imagery. Mountain crests, winged creatures and curling foliage create a vivid, storybook surface across the swatch.

About this fabric

The cool mint-sage background gives this colourway a fresh, slightly blue cast, while saturated turquoise and emerald details bring depth to the repeated crest-like scenes. White mountain peaks, dark charcoal outlines, birds, serpentine creatures and small castle details remain sharply visible against the lighter ground. At 416gsm, this is a substantial velvet suited to upholstery, with a 134cm usable width. The pattern has a large 69.6cm vertical repeat and 134cm horizontal repeat, supplied in a standard 40m length.

How to use it

Use Highlandia Velvet Sage on a statement armchair, headboard or compact sofa, balancing its cool mint and turquoise tones with charcoal, deep green or warm natural timber. Keep surrounding textiles quieter so the large illustrated repeat remains the focal point.
