About this fabric

The warm cream ground gives this colourway a softer, lighter reading, while charcoal-grey outlines and shaded animal forms add depth across the repeating scene. Leopards curl beneath branching foliage as cranes, birds and decorative motifs create a dense, clearly defined composition. At 286 gsm, the fabric has a substantial mid-weight presence suitable for both upholstery and drapery, with a 137 cm usable width. The pattern repeats at 62 cm vertically and 68.5 cm horizontally, and the standard length is 40 m.

How to use it

Use it on a statement armchair, occasional sofa or upholstered headboard where the cream ground can open up the room while the charcoal animals provide graphic definition. For curtains, its detailed repeat works particularly well against plain charcoal, soft grey or warm cream furnishings.

Use the warm cream ground and charcoal linework to bring a graphic, storybook character to upholstery or full-length curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
