About this fabric

Woven in 100% BCI Cotton and supplied at 138cm wide, Classique Putty has a natural, breathable handle that suits both curtains and light upholstery projects. The 78cm vertical by 69.5cm horizontal repeat gives the scrolling floral pattern a generous, statement scale, while the embossed-looking surface keeps the motif subtle rather than bold. In this colourway, the cream sits slightly warm and muted, so the leaf and petal forms appear only a shade deeper than the ground. The overall effect is refined and airy, with a dry matte finish that softens the ornamentation.

How to use it

Use this putty cream on a pair of full-length curtains, or upholster a bedroom chair where the pale tone can brighten the room without feeling stark. It pairs especially well with natural woods, chalky whites and gentle taupe fabrics.
