Grosvenor Fabric

Mayfair Sage presents a leafy botanical pattern in soft sage and muted taupe against an ivory ground. The effect is airy and refined, with the woven texture giving the design a gentle depth.

About this fabric

Mayfair Sage from Fryett's Fabrics' Grosvenor collection is a 140cm-wide fabric made from 79% Recycled Polyester and 21% Polyester. The repeating leaf design, set at 23.5cm vertical by 24cm horizontal, reads in chalky ivory, pale sage and warm oat tones that sit quietly rather than sharply on the cloth. Its surface has a slightly textured, tactile look, which softens the foliage outlines and gives the pattern a calm, layered finish. With no performance features noted, this colourway feels best suited to decorative schemes that want a light, natural botanical statement without strong contrast.

How to use it

Use Mayfair Sage for relaxed curtains, roman blinds or upholstered accent pieces where its pale sage detailing can sit softly against timber, plaster and stone tones. It works especially well in rooms that need pattern but still want to feel open, muted and bright.

Layer with pale oak and linen textures for a calm, tailored look.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
