About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton and measuring 140cm wide, this Leon colourway has a clear printed texture and a 32cm pattern repeat that gives the leaf forms room to open out across a larger piece. The ground reads as a gentle cream, which makes the burnt orange shapes feel especially bright, while navy scallops, ochre ovals and flashes of red add depth and contrast. The design has a crisp, slightly textured cotton handle that suits a fresh, tailored look. It is a good choice where you want colour and pattern without the heavy feel of velvet or the sheerness of a drapery cloth.

How to use it

Pair this warm orange scheme with walnut, rattan or painted white wood for a bright, collected look. It works especially well on statement chairs, cushions or blinds where the saturated leaf pattern can be seen clearly.

Use with warm woods and simple upholstery shapes to let the vivid leaf pattern sing.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
