About this fabric

This Porter & Stone fabric has a 137cm width and an 18cm pattern repeat, with a composition of 64% Pol 18% Cot 9% Vis 9% Lin. The swatch shows a restrained plaid with pale taupe ground tones crossed by softened heather-purple and grey-brown lines, so the overall effect is calm and earthy rather than high-contrast. The weave reads as a medium cloth with enough body for upholstery, while still having the flexibility to suit curtains or blinds. NQT1< care instructions are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want a quiet check with a slightly vintage, country-house feel. Its softened taupe base works especially well with oak, aged brass and painted woods in warm neutrals.
