About this fabric

This Porter & Stone fabric is supplied as a 137cm-wide cloth with an 18cm pattern repeat, and its 64% polyester, 18% cotton, 9% viscose and 9% linen blend gives it a practical woven handle. In the image, the check reads as a muted mix of warm cream, dusty mauve and tan, with the threads creating a slightly slubby, relaxed surface rather than a crisp tartan. The pale ground keeps the colourway light, while the crosshatched bands add just enough definition to register from across a room. With no performance features noted and care code NQT1<, it feels best suited to interiors where a softer decorative fabric is wanted.

How to use it

Use Dovedale Rosso in a bedroom or sitting room where the cream base can lift the space and the muted lilac lines add a gentle, lived-in character. It pairs naturally with painted woods, oatmeal upholstery and aged brass accents.
