Newchurch Natural

Other Fabrics & Weaves Fabric

Newchurch Natural shows a quiet geometric weave in a soft, creamy natural tone. The pattern sits gently on the surface, giving the fabric a subtly textural look rather than a strong contrast.

About this fabric

Woven from 42% cotton, 24% viscose, 19% polyester and 15% linen, Newchurch Natural has the balanced handle of a versatile decorative fabric. The 140cm width makes it practical for a range of interiors, while the 4cm vertical and 4cm horizontal repeat creates a neat, small-scale diamond lattice across the cloth. In this colourway, the pattern is softened into pale oat, ivory and sandy beige notes, so the surface reads calm and airy rather than crisp or graphic. The linen content adds a lightly speckled, organic character, while the viscose gives the finish a faintly refined lift.

How to use it

Use Newchurch Natural on curtains, cushions or light upholstery where a warm neutral pattern is wanted without visual weight. Its muted cream palette works especially well with timber, plaster white and other layered natural textures.

A warm, easy neutral that softens patterned interiors without overpowering them.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Newchurch Natural without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
