About this fabric

This colourway reads as a warm oatmeal cream, with tiny flecks of beige and ivory creating a softly blended surface rather than a flat solid. The weave is open enough to show texture, but the cloth still looks steady and balanced, which suits its 140cm width and versatile Fabric classification. Made from 100% polyester, Monmouth FR Oatmeal offers a practical neutral appearance with a neat, low-contrast finish. The 0cm pattern repeat means the texture itself does the visual work, making the fabric feel understated and easy to place.

How to use it

Use this shade on a compact sofa, dining chairs or a window seat where its warm neutrality can soften stronger colours nearby. It also works well beside pale timber, putty paint or sand-toned linen for a calm layered scheme.

A soft neutral that lifts a room without feeling stark.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
