About this fabric

This colourway reads as a calm, warm neutral, with creamy beige and soft taupe threads interlaced across the weave. The surface has a small-scale, basket-like texture that gives the fabric gentle depth without any visible pattern repeat. Made from 100% polyester and supplied at 140cm wide, Monmouth FR is a practical textile choice for schemes that need a subdued, textural finish. The putty tone feels lighter in the highlights and slightly earthier in the woven recesses, which helps it sit comfortably with both pale and deeper furnishings.

How to use it

Use Putty where you want a quiet foundation: it pairs neatly with oak, linen whites and muted stone shades. Its warm, subdued tone keeps larger upholstered pieces feeling soft rather than stark.
