Inca Silver

Other Fabrics & Weaves Fabric

Inca Silver has a softly weathered look, with layered silver, taupe and stone tones broken by darker horizontal bands. The overall effect is cool, muted and slightly metallic, with a textured stripe that feels understated rather than glossy.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester and supplied at a 140cm width, Inca Silver is an easy-to-place fabric with a visible 31cm pattern repeat. The design reads as a distressed horizontal stripe, with silvery greys, warm taupes and brown-grey accents creating a banded surface that has depth without strong contrast. In the light, the paler sections lift to a chalky silver while the darker ribs settle into a softer earthy grey, giving the cloth a calm, contemporary finish. It is a practical textile choice where you want pattern and texture to do the work without introducing a bright colour.

How to use it

Use this colourway on an accent chair, ottoman or tailored cushions to add texture to a neutral room. It sits especially well with charcoal, driftwood and warm off-whites, where the silver-taupe pattern can read as refined rather than busy.

Pair with pale woods and soft greys to let the silvery texture stay calm and contemporary.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
