About this fabric

This Fryett's Fabrics design is woven in 100% polyester and measures 145cm wide, with a 51cm vertical repeat and 36cm horizontal repeat. In this colourway, the pattern sits on a warm cream ground that softens the embroidery-style flowers and leaves, while the amethyst and berry accents add a richer, slightly jewel-toned lift. Olive stems and pale grey details keep the motif grounded, so the overall effect feels detailed but not heavy. The cloth reads as a versatile decorative fabric with enough presence for statement pieces or layered window treatment.

How to use it

Use Arrelia Amethyst where you want pattern with a gentle, light-reflective base: it suits relaxed upholstered chairs, ottomans or full-length curtains in rooms that need colour without darkness. Pair it with painted wood, pale neutrals and muted green accents to echo the olive and amethyst tones.

The soft cream ground lets the multi-coloured embroidery-style motif feel lively without overpowering a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
