Apollo Smoke Grey

Other Fabrics & Weaves Fabric

Apollo Smoke Grey shows a softened geometric grid in layered grey and taupe tones, with the pattern sitting quietly against the woven ground. The rounded blocks give it a modern retro feel without looking harsh or high contrast.

About this fabric

Woven in a 63% Polyester, 37% BCI Cotton blend, Apollo has a practical mid-weight handle that suits both upholstery and drapery use. The 145cm width gives good pattern coverage, while the 14cm vertical and 16.5cm horizontal repeat creates a measured, rhythmic layout across larger surfaces. In this Smoke Grey colourway, the motif reads as cool, dusty grey with warmer mushroom-brown outlines, so the design feels muted rather than stark. The visible weave adds a gentle slubbed texture that softens the geometric blocks and keeps the surface from feeling flat. Care instructions: BVQ1<.

How to use it

Use Smoke Grey on a sofa, banquette or blind where you want a restrained pattern with enough movement to lift plain paintwork. It works especially well with pale oak, putty, charcoal and soft stone tones.

Pair with clean-lined furniture and warm neutrals to let the soft graphic repeat stay calm.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Apollo Smoke Grey without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
