Apollo Ochre

Other Fabrics & Weaves Fabric

Apollo Ochre shows a playful geometric grid of rounded blocks in warm ochre and pale straw tones. The woven ground has a soft, slightly slubbed look that keeps the pattern feeling tactile rather than glossy.

About this fabric

Apollo Ochre is a fabric from Fryett's Fabrics in the Other Fabrics & Weaves collection, made from 63% Polyester and 37% BCI Cotton. At 145cm wide, it offers a practical width for curtains, cushions or upholstered accent pieces. The design repeats in a 14cm vertical by 16.5cm horizontal pattern, with rounded rectangular motifs that read as a retro geometric. In this colourway, the ochre shapes sit over a lighter natural ground, creating a warm, sunny tone that feels lively but not overly bright. The surface visible in the swatch has a softly textured weave, which gives the pattern a relaxed, grounded finish.

How to use it

Use Apollo Ochre to bring warmth to clean-lined seating, a banquette or cushions, especially alongside timber, cream paint and textured neutrals. The ochre and sand palette also works well with olive or muted teal accents for a mid-century feel.

Pair with pale oak, linen and muted greens for a cheerful but tailored scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
