About this fabric

The repeated motif is formed from nested, almond-like teardrops within curved ogee frames, with delicate pale detailing around each shape. Warm taupe and faint blush-beige tones sit quietly against the creamy ground, creating a muted, softly layered effect rather than a high-contrast pattern. The fabric is a 77% linen, 20% viscose and 3% polyester blend, measuring 128 cm wide, with a 39 cm vertical repeat and 16 cm horizontal repeat. It is specified for curtains and bedspreads and must be professionally dry cleaned; do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use Ashmore Antique for full-length curtains in a calm bedroom or sitting room, where its antique-cream ground can brighten the scheme while the taupe teardrops add gentle definition. It also suits a coordinated bedspread in rooms with warm ivory, stone and soft beige accents.

The softly contrasting antique-cream and taupe pattern brings a refined, light-catching finish to curtains and bedspreads.
