About this fabric

This GP & J Baker Ashmore fabric is woven from 86% linen and 14% rayon, with a subtly textured vertical weave visible across the neutral ground. The blue flowers range from dusty slate to pale powder blue, contrasted by olive, sage and brown-green foliage. Its botanical design has a 78 cm vertical repeat and 63.5 cm horizontal repeat, creating a generous but balanced scale across the 127 cm width. Supplied for curtains and bedspreads, it must be professionally dry cleaned and should not be washed, bleached or ironed.

How to use it

Use Lavenham Blue for full-length curtains in a calm bedroom or sitting room, where the beige ground will soften the scheme and the cool blue flowers provide gentle definition. It also suits a tailored bedspread paired with pale linen and olive accents.

A soft beige ground and muted blue florals give curtains or bedspreads a quietly traditional look.
