Weathered Linen Ivory has a pale, creamy ivory ground with a gently weathered appearance. Its close plain weave shows fine horizontal irregularities that give the surface quiet texture without a visible motif.

About this fabric

Made from 100% linen, this 142.55cm-wide cloth has a fine, closely woven surface with softly uneven horizontal yarn lines. The ivory tone is warm and lightly muted rather than bright white, giving the colourway a calm, time-softened character. Rated at 50,000 Martindale rubs, it is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. Care is professional dry cleaning only: do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use this weathered ivory on a relaxed armchair, loose cover or bedspread where its fine woven texture can add depth without introducing a strong pattern. As curtains, it will keep the scheme pale and softly tonal while the uneven weave prevents the finish from feeling flat.
