About this fabric

This plain velvet reads as a warm, understated blush rather than a bright or sugary pink, with subtle tonal movement across the surface. Made from 100% polyester, it is 137 cm (53.82 inches) wide and rated at 50,000 Martindale, making it suitable for fixed upholstery as well as curtains and bedspreads. Its softly shaded pile gives the colour quiet depth without introducing a visible motif or contrast pattern. Care instructions specify a cool machine wash as the minimum, professional dry cleaning, no tumble drying, no bleaching and a cool iron.

How to use it

Use the dusty blush tone to soften a bedroom headboard, upholstered bench or occasional chair, or carry it through to curtains and bedspreads for a calm, coordinated scheme. Its muted warmth pairs particularly well with chalky neutrals, warm timber and aged brass.
