Turkish Flower Grey/Bronze

David Hicks 3 By Ashley Hicks FabricGWF-3319.640

Turkish Flower Grey/Bronze pairs a softly warm grey linen ground with large stylised floral and leaf motifs in bronze, taupe and ochre. White and mustard details lift the pattern, while the woven surface keeps the colourway tactile and grounded.

About this fabric

Made from 100% linen, this 137.45 cm (54") wide fabric has a visibly textured weave beneath its repeated botanical design. The motifs combine bronze-brown leaves, outlined taupe-grey flowers and ochre-gold centres against a pale warm grey ground, giving the colourway a muted, earthy depth rather than a bright contrast. Its vertical pattern repeat is 64.27 cm (25.25") and its horizontal repeat is 68.73 cm (27"). The fabric is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads.

How to use it

Use the warm grey ground as a soft neutral on a chair, headboard or relaxed curtain, then echo the bronze and ochre accents in timber, aged brass or cushions. The medium-scale floral repeat suits a room that needs pattern with an understated, collected feel.

A warm, muted floral linen that brings bronze and ochre depth to upholstery, curtains and bedspreads.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
