Forest Flower Plaster

G P & J Baker X Kit Kemp II FabricBP11134.1

Forest Flower Plaster has a warm, pale plaster-pink ground scattered with small, individually drawn floral bouquets. Coral blossoms and muted green foliage give the design a softly vintage character without making the colourway feel heavy.

About this fabric

This 90% cotton and 10% linen fabric has a 137 cm width, with a 35 cm vertical pattern repeat and a 68.5 cm horizontal repeat. The printed surface combines coral and salmon flowers with sage, olive and deeper green leaves, while occasional dark stems add definition against the light ground. Its gentle blush-beige tone reads warm and quietly faded, allowing the floral detail to remain clear without becoming brightly saturated. It is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads.

How to use it

Use the blush-plaster ground to soften a bedroom, reading corner or relaxed sitting room, pairing it with warm ivory, weathered wood and muted sage accents. The medium-scale bouquet repeat works well on curtains or a statement occasional chair, with the 35 cm vertical repeat considered during making.

A softly traditional floral for curtains, upholstered furniture and coordinated bedspreads.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Forest Flower Plaster without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
