About this fabric

The softly textured textile shows cream elephants alongside tan and ochre animals, green foliage and fine twig-like marks, all picked out against the blue ground. Made from 80% cotton and 20% hemp, it is 137 cm wide with an 81 cm vertical pattern repeat and a 68.5 cm horizontal repeat. The restrained blue keeps the busy imagery calm and slightly softened, while the warmer animal tones give the design depth. It is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads.

How to use it

Use this cool blue colourway on a reading-chair cushion, loose-cover sofa or full-length curtains where its cream, green and ochre details can be picked up in plain accessories. It also makes a distinctive bedspread fabric for a relaxed, illustrated bedroom scheme.
