Tuffley Aqua has a very pale aqua-blue ground with a fine, closely spaced surface pattern that gives the swatch a softly granular appearance. Its cool colour remains gentle and understated rather than reading as bright turquoise.

About this fabric

This 100% cotton fabric is 137 cm wide and has a 12 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat. The small-scale detail is subtle in the swatch, creating a lightly textured look while allowing the pale aqua tone to remain the first impression. Its cool blue-green cast brings a quiet, airy quality to the colourway, with enough visual texture to avoid looking completely flat. It is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads; after care is professional dry cleaning only, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use Tuffley Aqua to bring a soft, cool lift to a light-filled bedroom or sitting room, particularly on relaxed curtains, occasional upholstery or a bedspread. Pair it with chalky whites, pale warm neutrals and light natural timber to balance the blue-green cast.
