Tudor Rose Plaster

G P & J Baker X Kit Kemp II FabricBP11135.1

Tudor Rose Plaster shows a softly faded floral arrangement on a warm plaster-coloured ground. Coral Tudor roses, sage foliage and small teal-blue details give the repeat a gently painterly, timeworn character.

About this fabric

The large-scale design combines rounded coral blooms with curling sage and olive leaves, while teal-blue accents add cool contrast through the symmetrical floral repeat. Its 71 cm vertical and 69 cm horizontal pattern repeats create a clear, decorative rhythm across the 138 cm-wide cloth. Made from 80% cotton and 20% hemp, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. The muted, chalky palette keeps the floral composition considered rather than vivid, with the warm ground softening the cooler greens and blues.

How to use it

Use Tudor Rose Plaster on a relaxed upholstered chair or headboard where its plaster ground and muted coral flowers can act as the room’s gentle colour focus. It also suits full curtains or a bedspread paired with warm neutrals, aged wood and sage accents.

A softly faded floral textile that brings muted coral, sage and teal colour to curtains, upholstery and bedspreads.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
