Canton Red/Blue brings coral-red blooms, blue branching stems and muted yellow sprays together over a warm cream ground. The detailed floral arrangement has a softly traditional, garden-like character with clear colour contrast.

About this fabric

This 82% viscose and 18% linen fabric is 137 cm wide, with a 68 cm vertical pattern repeat and a 45.6 cm horizontal repeat. Coral and salmon-red flowers provide the strongest accents, while blue stems and leaves give the design a cooler thread of colour against the cream background. Smaller yellow flowers and fine foliage add depth without overpowering the larger blooms. It is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads; after care is professional dry cleaning only, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use the cream ground to soften a room with painted timber or natural wood, then pick up the coral blooms in cushions or painted details. The blue branches also sit comfortably with muted blue upholstery or plain linen curtains.
