About this fabric

This is a substantial 675gsm velvet, with the dense, tactile surface visible in the close-up swatch. The Antique Gold colourway is warmer and browner than a bright metallic gold, with irregular darker passages that create depth rather than a flat block of colour. It has a 140cm usable width and a standard length of 30m. With no vertical or horizontal pattern repeat and 53 threads per cm, the cloth presents as a continuous tonal velvet rather than a repeating motif.

How to use it

Use it on a statement armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard in rooms with walnut, aged timber or dark bronze accents. The brown-gold tone is especially effective when paired with warm neutrals, tobacco leather and softly weathered finishes.
