About this fabric

The design is formed from broad, irregular bands that move across the ground in ochre gold, charcoal, smoky grey and soft cream. In this colourway, the gold reads earthy and warm rather than bright, with the charcoal passages adding strong contrast and visual weight. The fabric is a velvet weighing 416 gsm, with a 57.7 threads-per-cm construction suited to substantial upholstery. Its large pattern repeat measures 123.9 cm vertically by 66 cm horizontally, so the painterly forms will be clearly visible across a chair, headboard or sofa.
