About this fabric

This colourway combines warm ivory, muted gold and very light taupe threads, giving the surface a softly metallic, gently weathered depth rather than a saturated yellow. The irregular horizontal texture remains delicate at swatch scale, creating a quiet movement across the cloth. With a supplied weight of 562gsm, it has a substantial presence suited to upholstery-led schemes. The usable width is 137cm, with a 72cm vertical repeat and 34.5cm horizontal repeat, while the standard length is 40m.

How to use it

Use Shimmer Gold on a statement armchair, headboard or sofa where its champagne tone can glow against chalky whites, warm taupes and pale timber. Brushed brass and softly aged stone will reinforce its restrained luminosity without competing with the fine woven texture.

Use this softly luminous champagne gold as an upholstered focal point, pairing it with warm ivory, taupe or brushed brass.
