Marmo Antique

Imperiale FabricCCF0136-01

Marmo Antique brings together a warm antique-gold ground, taupe-brown movement and irregular pale highlights in a richly mottled textile surface. Its mineral-like pattern has a softly weathered quality, while the lighter areas catch the eye without becoming stark.

About this fabric

The colourway is centred on muted ochre gold, layered with earthy taupe and brown-grey passages, then broken by chalky ivory and silvery flecks. Its cloudy, irregular marbling creates a medium-scale pattern with visible tonal depth rather than a sharply defined motif. At 346gsm, Marmo Antique has a substantial mid-weight presence suitable for upholstery and drapery, with a 142cm usable width. The pattern repeats every 41cm vertically and 48.2cm horizontally, giving the all-over surface a measured rhythm when applied.

How to use it

Use Marmo Antique on a statement armchair, headboard or full-length curtains where its warm gold-taupe colouring can sit alongside aged timber, bronze, cream and stone. The pale mineral marks also give darker rooms a subtle lift without introducing a bright accent colour.

A warm, mineral-marbled colourway with softly luminous antique-gold depth and pale chalky highlights.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
