Scintilla Ochre

Fusion Wallpaper WallpaperCCW0068-02

Scintilla Ochre brings a warm, lightly weathered palette to the Fusion Wallpaper collection. Against its creamy ground, tightly scattered ochre, tan and grey marks form an irregular, textural field that reads more softly than a solid gold wall.

About this fabric

Scintilla Ochre uses a warm ivory-cream ground punctuated by dense, irregular ochre, tan and soft grey marks. The broken dot and short-bar motifs create a distressed, almost pointillist surface, with the ochre bringing sunlit golden warmth rather than saturated yellow. This wallpaper has a 150 gsm weight, a 52 cm usable width and a standard length of 10.05 m. Its specified pattern repeat is 32 cm vertically and 0 cm horizontally, allowing the varied marks to continue across the width without a side-to-side repeat.

How to use it

Use this warm ochre-gold colourway to bring gentle depth to a dining room, study or bedroom, balancing its creamy background with pale timber, linen tones and soft grey furnishings. The scattered pattern works especially well where a wall needs visual interest without the intensity of a strong, solid colour.

Pair this warm ochre-gold design with creamy neutrals, natural timber and soft grey accents for a layered, quietly luminous wall.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Scintilla Ochre without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
