About this fabric

The pale ground gives this colourway a calm, linen-toned appearance, while the taupe woven pattern adds depth without becoming stark or high contrast. Large botanical fans and central stylised florals create a clearly formal, symmetrical damask layout. At 528 gsm, the fabric has the substantial visual presence expected of a heavy upholstery textile. Its useable width is 137 cm, with a 67.5 cm vertical repeat and 34.5 cm horizontal repeat to consider when matching the design.

How to use it

Use Waldorf Linen on a statement armchair, headboard or traditionally shaped sofa where its muted taupe palette can soften darker wood and antique finishes. Pair it with warm ivory, mushroom and aged metallic accents to keep the ornate pattern feeling composed rather than overly bright.
