About this fabric

At 528gsm, this is a substantial woven fabric with the visual density and weight suited to upholstery. The design centres on a large symmetrical floral medallion, framed by stylised leaves, scrolling stems and smaller flower heads in subtly varied silver-grey tones. A 137cm usable width gives generous coverage, while the 67.5cm vertical and 34.5cm horizontal pattern repeats should be considered when matching the ornate layout. Light catches the raised-looking woven detail, bringing gentle definition to the otherwise muted, cool palette.

How to use it

Use Waldorf Silver on a statement armchair, headboard or traditionally shaped sofa where its cool silver-grey tone can balance deeper charcoal, stone and soft white accents. Keep surrounding patterns restrained so the large damask repeat remains the room’s principal decorative layer.
