Nickel Emerald/Marine

Hamada Weaves FabricHAF0321-03

Nickel Emerald/Marine has a cool emerald-teal ground, threaded with fine blue-green and pale flecks that give the surface a softly mottled appearance. The close-up reveals a dense, tactile weave rather than a separate printed motif.

About this fabric

This substantial woven fabric weighs 639 gsm and has 47 threads per centimetre, giving the teal surface a compact, hardwearing-looking presence suited to upholstery. Emerald and marine tones mingle across the face, while lighter yarns catch the light in small, irregular highlights. The design has a 35 cm vertical repeat and a 46.5 cm horizontal repeat, although the visible texture reads as a continuous, understated field at close range. With a useable width of 137 cm and a standard length of 35 m, it offers practical coverage for considered upholstery schemes.

How to use it

Pair this cool emerald-teal colourway with charcoal, weathered timber, brushed metal or pale stone for a composed, contemporary seating scheme. Its finely flecked surface also works well as a depth-giving counterpoint to plain cushions in marine blue or soft grey.

Use this cool emerald-teal weave to bring depth and a quietly tailored feel to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
