About this fabric

The plain construction keeps the surface understated, while the visible crosshatch gives this colourway more depth than a completely flat neutral. Its mineral greige tone sits between warm beige and softened grey, creating a muted, calm impression rather than a stark cream. At 394 gsm and 143 cm wide, it has the substantial handle expected of an upholstery fabric. The supplied specification of 17 threads per cm corresponds with the fabric’s closely woven appearance.

How to use it

Use this soft mineral greige on a tailored armchair, sofa or headboard where its restrained tone can sit comfortably alongside chalky whites, pale woods and cool stone shades. The subtle woven texture also adds quiet depth to a room built around layered neutrals.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
