About this fabric

The fine vertical striations combine narrow lines with irregular, softly broken chalk marks, giving the sheer a subtle ikat-like rhythm rather than a solid stripe. Its warm parchment base keeps the colourway inviting, while the chalk accents add brightness and a slightly cooler contrast. At 134 gsm and 44.8 threads per centimetre, the cloth has a light, fluid appearance suited to full-length window treatments. The generous 295 cm usable width and 24.5 cm vertical repeat make the pattern easy to read across broad drops, with a 7 cm horizontal repeat maintaining its fine-scale character.

How to use it

Use this warm parchment-and-chalk colourway for relaxed full-height curtains where daylight can pass through the pale ground and emphasise the vertical texture. It pairs naturally with chalk upholstery, pale oak and quiet taupe or stone accents.

The pale parchment ground and chalk highlights give this sheer a softly illuminated, quietly tailored look at the window.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
