About this fabric

This 100% cotton fabric has a natural, lightly slubbed handle that gives the surface a soft woven depth, and its 46cm by 46cm repeat keeps the geometric layout balanced across larger spans. The visible colourway is a pale barley cream with gentle tan and oat threading, so the pattern reads more as a textural check than a sharp graphic. With a usable width of 141cm and a 20,000 Martindale rating, it is a practical choice for General Domestic upholstery as well as drapery and accessories. It is also treatable for FR use on both drapery and upholstery, and the Better Cotton content adds an appealing responsible-sourcing note.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want warmth without heaviness: it will soften upholstered seating, Roman blinds or relaxed curtains with an understated country-house feel. Pair it with pale timber, putty paintwork and textured linens to bring out the barley tone.

A warm neutral that works neatly across upholstery, curtains and cushions.
