Water Meadow Wild Grasses Pebble Flat

SS22 Images - Enchanted Garden, Geometrica, Water Meadow & Portland Fabric

Wild grasses and seedheads drift across this pebble-toned ground in a softly layered, meadow-inspired pattern. The pale motif sits quietly against the linen-look cotton, giving the design an understated, airy feel.

About this fabric

Water Meadow Wild Grasses Pebble Flat is a 100% cotton fabric with a 141cm usable width and a 46cm horizontal and vertical repeat. The pattern shows slender grasses, feathery stems and seed heads in a chalky off-white that sits delicately over the warm pebble taupe base. The overall effect is gentle and natural rather than high-contrast, with the light motif keeping the large-scale design feeling calm. With a 20,000 Martindale rating, general domestic upholstery grade and FR treatability for drapery and upholstery, it is well suited to coordinated schemes across the home.

How to use it

Use this subdued taupe colourway to soften a bedroom or sitting room with oak, rattan and chalky neutrals. It also works well on relaxed curtains or occasional upholstery where you want pattern without heavy contrast.

A muted natural tone that works beautifully across curtains, cushions and light upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
