Santana Seafoam Wavy

SS23 Images - Babooshka Fabric

Santana Seafoam Wavy brings a cool seafoam ground to a lively, painterly pattern of teal, cream and rust. The woven texture softens the bold motif and gives the colourway a relaxed, tactile finish.

About this fabric

Woven in 63% cotton, 26% viscose and 11% linen, this fabric has a dry, natural handle that suits the visible textured surface. The 134 cm usable width and 45 cm horizontal and vertical pattern repeat make the design practical for larger upholstered pieces as well as curtains. With a 30,000 Martindale rub test and heavy domestic upholstery grade, it is built for regular use, while the FR-treatable finish means it can be specified for both drapery and upholstery. In this colourway, the seafoam teal base feels fresh but not bright, balanced by warm rust accents and cream outlines that keep the pattern lively.

How to use it

Use Seafoam Wavy on an accent chair, bench or layered curtains to introduce colour without losing a calm, coastal feel. It pairs well with pale oak, aged brass and soft neutrals, while the rust detail adds warmth against cooler wall shades.

Use it for a statement chair or drapes where the fresh teal base and earthy accents can sing.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
