About this fabric

Woven in a blend of 59% polyester, 24% cotton, 13% viscose and 3% linen, this fabric has the natural look of a textured cloth with a practical finish. The 142cm usable width and 20,000 Martindale make it suitable for general domestic upholstery as well as drapery and accessories, with FR treatment available for both curtains and upholstery. Visually, the sage ground is muted and cool rather than bright, while the off-white floral and paisley trail lifts the design with a crisp, chalky contrast. The flat weave keeps the surface looking relaxed and lightly slubbed, which suits the large-scale repeat and gives the pattern a calm, breathable feel.

How to use it

Use this sage colourway on roman blinds, cushions or an armchair where you want pattern without visual weight. It pairs especially well with pale oak, plaster pinks and warm neutral upholstery.

A calming sage ground with a pale botanical trail suits relaxed interiors and tailored soft furnishings alike.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
