About this fabric

This colourway shows a muted sage-mint ground with a cool, lightly greyed cast, which makes the ivory embroidery read crisp rather than bright. The repeating tree motif is finely worked and evenly spaced, and the 32cm horizontal repeat and 19cm vertical repeat give it a measured, decorative rhythm. Woven in 58% polyester and 42% cotton with embroidery, it has a refined surface that suits accessories and drapery rather than upholstery. The 129cm usable width and treatable-for-FR-drapery specification make it a practical choice for curtains, blinds or soft furnishings, while the dry-clean-only care and colour fastness of 4-5 support everyday decorative use.

How to use it

Use it for relaxed curtains, Roman blinds or cushions where the soft mint ground can keep a room feeling fresh and calm. It works especially well with pale oak, chalk white and other botanical greens.

A fresh sage-mint ground softens the embroidered tree motif for calm curtains or decorative accessories.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Botanical Archive Briarwood Mint without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
