About this fabric

The visible weave is compact and finely textured, creating a quiet surface without a printed motif or directional pattern. Light catches the mustard yarns gently, giving the colour a mellow depth that sits between golden yellow and ochre brown. This versatile plain appearance can work across upholstery and drapery applications, subject to confirming suitability for the intended use. No composition, width or performance specification has been supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Chelsea Mustard to warm a neutral room with an ochre upholstered chair, headboard or cushion, or introduce it through softly gathered curtains where its golden tone can catch the light. Pair it with chalky cream, walnut, tan leather or muted olive for a grounded palette.

The warm ochre tone brings a softly sunlit note to upholstered pieces, cushions or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
