Fibre Fabric

Fibre Mustard is a warm, ochre-led woven textile with a softly mottled surface. Fine pale and golden flecks move across the mustard ground, giving the colour a gently varied, tactile appearance.

About this fabric

The close-up reveals a dense, small-scale weave rather than a printed motif, with closely spaced yarns creating subtle horizontal and vertical variation. Its mustard tone leans warm and earthy, while cream and lighter gold threads add lift across the surface. The irregular flecking keeps the colour from reading as flat, giving upholstered forms a softly textured finish. As a catalogued fabric with a visibly substantial woven handle, it is best suited to upholstery applications.

How to use it

Pair Fibre Mustard with warm timber, aged brass and cream boucle for a layered, sunlit scheme. Its earthy ochre depth also works well against charcoal, olive or deep brown accents.

Use this warm mustard weave to bring tactile golden depth to sofas, occasional chairs and upholstered headboards.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
