Fibre Liquorice

Fibre Fabric

Fibre Liquorice has a pale greige ground punctuated by fine charcoal threads, creating a softly mottled appearance across the swatch. Its close, irregular weave gives the surface a tactile, textile-led character.

About this fabric

The colour sits between warm stone and light grey, with darker flecks adding gentle definition rather than a strong contrast. Viewed close up, the weave forms a fine crosshatched texture with small tonal irregularities throughout. This restrained, low-pattern surface keeps the Liquorice colourway calm while preventing it from appearing flat. The tightly woven look makes it particularly suited to upholstery where subtle texture is wanted without a pronounced motif.

How to use it

Use Liquorice on a clean-lined armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard alongside chalky whites, natural oak and charcoal accents. Its pale greige tone works especially well where a room needs a light neutral with more visual depth than a plain cream.

A softly mottled greige textile that brings quiet depth to upholstered seating and headboards.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
